Delete your account any time from My account; it takes effect at once. To ask what we hold, have it corrected, or make any other privacy request, choose “Privacy question” on the contact form. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Breaks and restrictions
Want time away, or your account locked for a while? Pick “Take a break” or “Restrict my account” on the contact form, write from your account email and say for how long. If you can’t log in, the same email works. Deleting your account is always an option too.

Reload first. Check JavaScript is on and try another browser or a private window, since some extensions block game content. Remember you must be logged in to run games. Still stuck? Use the contact form and pick “Problem with a game”; the game’s name is filled in if you came from its page.
I forgot my password
Use Forgot password and we email a link that lasts 60 minutes. No email? Check spam, then contact us.
I joined with Google. Can I add a password?
Yes. Run Forgot password with the same email to set one. Google sign-in keeps working as well.
Does it cost anything, or can I win something?
No. The site is free and credits have no cash value. There are no purchases, deposits, withdrawals or prizes. See About.
Why is a login needed to play?
Games open only for logged-in accounts, and signing up confirms you are an adult. Accounts are free.
